Vanilla beans take about 8 months to grow before they are ready to harvest. The journey starts with vanilla seeds. Gradually, the plant grows and over a few months flowers start blossoming. The process of pollination converts the yellow flowers into a vanilla pod. It then starts maturing and finally we can harvest all the goodness for you.
The process sounds simple but is a time-consuming task and our farmers work carefully to grow the finest vanilla beans for you.
Here we have shared pictures of vanilla pods, ready for dispatch. We bundle them up to weigh and pack them in different batches. A digital weight scale is used for getting the exact count.
